Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Experience Representative who will handle inbound and outbound patient communications, resolve billing and insurance questions, facilitate payments and payment arrangements, and connect patients with financial assistance resources.

You will research accounts in hospital EHR, patient accounting, payment, telephony, and CRM systems, document interactions, and escalate complex issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a patient-first

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and maintaining confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound and outbound patient and guarantor calls regarding statements, insurance processing, patient balances, self-pay accounts, and payment options.
• Explain account balances, insurance payments, patient responsibility, and next steps in patient-friendly language.
• Collect and securely process patient payments, offer approved payment arrangements, and follow self-pay collection practices with HIPAA compliance.
• Identify eligibility for financial assistance or charity care and refer patients per policies.
• Research accounts in EHR, patient accounting, payment, telephony, and CRM systems; document interactions and follow-up.
