Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Patient Financial Experience Representative to handle patient and guarantor communications, explain balances, process payments, and connect patients with financial assistance.

You will work across hospital EHR, CRM, and billing systems, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and delivering empathetic, first-contact resolution with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years in healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services.
• Strong customer service, empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately.
• Experience with hospital accounting or EHR systems.
• Knowledge of financial assistance workflows and HIPAA compliance.
• Willingness to be coached and adapt to evolving needs.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound patient and guarantor calls regarding statements and balances.
• Explain balances, insurance payments, and next steps in clear patient-friendly language.
• Process patient payments and arrange approved payment plans.
• Identify eligibility for financial assistance and aid patients per policies.
• Research accounts in EHR, patient accounting, payment, telephony, and CRM systems.
• Document interactions, commitments, and follow-ups accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow scripting and policies.
• Deliver empathetic, respectful, and first-contact resolution where possible.
