Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, staff, and providers to confirm eligibility and scheduling.
• Coordinate patient accounts and ensure accurate registration data in EPIC.
• Verify eligibility and benefits prior to outpatient visits using online tools and insurer resources.
• Contact patients to obtain or update health plan data as needed.
• Provide coaching and support to new representatives and mentor teammates.
