Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients and staff to verify eligibility and schedule services.
• Prioritize and complete patient demographics, payer data, and visit details.
• Enter and update registration data in EPIC according to policies.
• Confirm current eligibility and benefits before outpatient visits.
• Contact patients by phone, portal, or mail to gather missing information.
• Maintain accuracy rate of 97%+ on EPIC Registration audits.
• Provide coaching and support to new representatives.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
