• Communicate with patients, staff, and providers to verify eligibility and benefits.
• Prioritize and complete patient demographic and payer data before appointments.
• Update EPIC accounts per policies.
• Determine applicability of plan additions or revisions.
• Contact patients to verify data via phone, portal, email, or mail.
• Maintain accuracy target of 97% on EPIC Registration audits.
• Confirm eligibility and benefits before outpatient visits.
• Use online tools and plan websites to verify coverage.
• Provide coaching and support to new representatives.
• Support diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives.
• Perform other duties per department needs.
