Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Patient Financial Services team member to provide expert support in resolving patient and insurer inquiries and to ensure timely payment on accounts. The role requires strong customer service, billing knowledge, and familiarity with payor contracts.

You will work within the revenue cycle, handling account follow-up, researching discrepancies, and explaining billing policies. A positive, patient-focused approach is essential to maintain high satisfaction and resolution

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of hospital or professional billing experience with customer service and call center work.
• Familiarity with payor contracts and hospital billing/collections policies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, resolve and respond to customer inquiries and issues.
• Follow up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution.
• Negotiate and document payment plans within policy.
• Achieve timely and accurate account collections.
• De-escalate issues and provide strong customer service to patients and insurers.
