Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates, guiding enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement throughout a child’s care journey. You’ll supervise, coach, and develop staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive performance metrics to improve enrollment and caregiver satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II across enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and support professional development.
• Ensure timesheets accuracy, approve scheduling changes and time-off requests.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve associate effectiveness and performance.
• Monitor team performance against enrollment, outreach, caregiver engagement, and experience metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Act as escalation point for caregiver concerns and workflow issues.
