Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric medical group focused on care for children with special health care needs. This remote role leads a team of Patient Engagement Associates to drive enrollment, caregiver engagement, and high-quality experiences across the member journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office apps.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II through the full member journey.
• Supervise, conduct one-on-one meetings, manage timekeeping and attendance, and provide ongoing training.
• Ensure team meets service and performance standards; coach to improve effectiveness and performance.
• Drive enrollment, engagement, and caregiver satisfaction; monitor metrics and drive improvements.
• Act as escalation point for caregiver engagement, enrollment activities, and workflow issues.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and present recommendations to leadership.
