Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting caregivers throughout the member journey. You will supervise, coach, and develop associates, drive enrollment and engagement, and collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure a high-quality, caregiver-centered experience.

The role is remote with up to 20% travel; candidates in several states are preferred. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of leadership in healthcare or call center settings are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in healthcare operations or call center.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, customer engagement, or care coordination.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar platforms and MS Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback and professional development.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in enrollment and engagement.
• Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams for seamless member experience.
• Escalate caregiver concerns and workflow issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership.
• Coach teams through changes while maintaining engagement and performance.
• Ensure timesheets accuracy and attendance in line with policies.
