Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled pediatric group delivering 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children with special health care needs. We’re seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates through enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement, ensuring a compassionate, high‑quality member experience.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of management experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
Ensure enrollment and caregiver engagement milestones are achieved.
Coach in one-on-one and group settings, and manage performance.
Monitor metrics and drive improvements in enrollment and satisfaction.
Coordinate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
