Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement during a child’s care journey. You’ll supervise engagement associates, coach performance, ensure adherence to service standards, and collaborate across Clinical and Operations to deliver a seamless member experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Prior experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support caregivers throughout the member journey.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, set goals, and support professional development.
• Ensure team informs, engages, and meets service and performance standards.
• Approve timesheets, scheduling changes, and time-off requests per policy.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve associate effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Drive enrollment, engagement, and caregiver experience metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Escalation point for caregiver concerns and workflow issues with timely resolution.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams.
