Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team that supports caregivers from enrollment through ongoing engagement. The role is remote with up to 20% travel and requires 3-5+ years of management experience in healthcare or related settings.

Strong coaching skills and proficiency with Talkdesk are essential. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Business Management or related field, be highly organized, and communicate effectively across clinical and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, engagement, and patient outreach teams preferred.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and MS Office.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support caregivers throughout the member journey.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and support professional development.
• Coach, monitor performance, and ensure service and quality standards.
• Drive enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement through strategic initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and present findings to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams for a coordinated experience.
• Manage timesheets, attendance, and scheduling changes; resolve escalations.
