Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a remote Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team supporting caregivers throughout the member journey. You will supervise, coach, and develop associates, ensuring enrollment, engagement, and a high-quality caregiver experience.

Occasional travel may be required to support programs and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of leadership in call centers or healthcare operations, with proficiency in Talkdesk and MS Office, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of management experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, customer engagement, outreach, or relationship management.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II.
• Ensure enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement activities are effective.
• Coach team members to meet service and performance standards.
• Monitor performance against enrollment and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to support a seamless member experience.
• Manage timesheets, scheduling changes, and attendance.
• Escalate caregiver concerns and workflow issues for timely resolution.
• Analyze performance data and present insights to leadership.
