Job summary

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a remote Patient Engagement Supervisor who will lead a team supporting families from enrollment to ongoing care. You will mentor associates, ensure accurate timesheets, and drive performance in caregiver engagement and enrollment activities.

This role requires 3–5+ years in leadership within healthcare operations or call-center environments, with Talkdesk and MS Office proficiency. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected, with preferred candidates in listed states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management or related field.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in contact centers or patient engagement.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading enrollment, outreach, or caregiver engagement activities.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support families throughout enrollment and care journeys.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, set goals, and drive professional development.
• Ensure timesheets are accurate and approve scheduling changes; coach for performance.
• Monitor performance against enrollment, outreach, and experience metrics; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Market, and Population Health teams for a seamless member experience.
• Act as escalation point for caregiver concerns and workflow issues; provide timely resolution.
• Analyze data, present findings to leadership, and implement process improvements.
