Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Engagement Supervisor to lead a team of Engagement Associates, guiding enrollment and longitudinal caregiver engagement across pediatric care journeys. The role emphasizes coaching, coaching, and data-driven improvements within a remote-capable environment, with travel up to 20%.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of management in call center or healthcare settings, proficiency with Talkdesk, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (preferred).
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in call center, patient engagement, healthcare operations, or related environment.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, patient outreach, care coordination, or relationship management preferred.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support caregivers throughout the member journey, from enrollment to ongoing engagement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, set goals, and support professional development.
• Ensure timesheets are accurate and approve scheduling changes and time-off requests.
• Provide coaching to improve associate effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Drive enrollment, engagement, caregiver satisfaction, and long-term participation in programs.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and present recommendations to leadership.
