Imagine Pediatrics, a tech-enabled pediatric care group, is seeking a remote Patient Engagement Supervisor who will lead a team of engagement associates. The role includes coaching, performance management, and driving enrollment and caregiver engagement across the full member journey.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of leadership experience in call centers or healthcare operations, with strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred; travel up to 20% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of management/leadership experience in a call center, patient engagement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience leading teams responsible for enrollment, customer engagement, or relationship management.
• Proficiency with Talkdesk or similar telephony platforms and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Lead and guide a team of Patient Engagement Associates I & II to support caregivers throughout the member journey.
• Supervise, conduct one-on-one meetings, and manage timekeeping and attendance.
• Provide ongoing coaching to improve effectiveness, quality, and performance.
• Drive enrollment, engagement, and caregiver satisfaction through performance management.
• Develop strategies to improve caregiver participation and operational efficiency.
• Act as escalation point for team member issues and caregiver concerns.
• Analyze performance data and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Population Health teams to ensure a coordinated experience.
