Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor, Patient Care to lead and support our Patient Care Assistant staff. You will ensure staffing workflow, monitor performance, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

The role includes coaching staff, coordinating with agencies, and handling day-to-day operations to meet quality metrics and customer service goals. Up to 5% travel may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment required.
• Experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• HIPAA and data privacy practices knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by directing staff and aligning with workflow goals.
• Identify and remove barriers that prevent achievement of goals.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure resources are clear.
• Share information impacting staff in a timely manner.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to deliver outstanding results.
• Lead day-to-day supervision of department staff and maintain records.
