Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to provide day-to-day leadership for Patient Care Assistant staff. This role ensures metrics are met, communicates changes, and maintains awareness of client requirements.

The SPC oversees scheduling, training, quality metrics, and staff development while coordinating with recruitment agencies. Travel up to 5% may be required. This is a remote-friendly leadership position within the Lumicera team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• CPhT preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• HIPAA and data privacy knowledge preferred.
• Participation in supporting compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards by directing staff and scheduling.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and volume changes; ensure resources are clear.
• Share information timely with staff.
• Coach, develop, and motivate staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies and manage relationships.
• Travel up to 5% as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
