Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor, Patient Care (SPC) to lead the Patient Care Assistant staff and ensure service levels align with performance metrics. The role emphasizes clear communication, staffing planning, and coordinating with agencies for staffing needs.

You will monitor quality metrics, coach staff, and maintain training records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and smooth operations across shifts. The position may require up to 5% travel and offers remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Direct leadership or coaching/mentoring experience preferred.
• Pharmacy claim/benefit experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily workload standards are met by directing staff to meet workflow goals.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve goals.
• Review client transitions and changes in volume; ensure scripting and resources are clear.
• Share information with staff timely and clearly.
