Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead daily operations in a remote U.S. environment. You will oversee staff, ensure workflow standards, coordinate with providers, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and data privacy.

Formación

• 2 years’ experience in a managed care, specialty pharmacy, customer service, or PBM environment.
• Direct leadership or coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices preferred.
• Participation in compliance program objectives and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily workload planning and ensure staff are aligned with workflow goals.
• Identify and remove barriers to achieve targets and improve service quality.
• Monitor and report on staffing metrics and quality performance.
• Coach and develop staff; manage disciplinary processes per policy.
• Coordinate with hiring/temp agencies and support escalation as needed.
