Sentara Health is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join SRMH Orthopedics and Spine Center as a full-time, remote role. You will provide non-clinical support in a physician's office, handling phones, scheduling, and answering patient questions to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in customer service, plus 1 year exposure to health insurance plans, medical records data, medical terminology, registration or scheduling, or third-party payers.
