After hands-on training at the Erie office, you will work remotely. The hourly pay range is $14-$16, with health insurance after 60 days, paid holidays, and opportunities for coaching and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must attend ~3-week in-person training at our Erie, PA office before transitioning to remote work.
• Prior customer service, call center, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer inbound calls from patients, family members, and provider offices.
• Make outbound calls to welcome new patients and assist with scheduling or rescheduling appointments.
• Listen carefully to understand each caller's needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Adjust your tone to fit the caller—professional with providers, warm with patients and families.
• Partner with internal teams to help resolve scheduling, benefits, and account questions.
• Accurately document every interaction while maintaining confidentiality.
• Use good judgment to resolve issues and involve a colleague when needed.
