Expivia Interaction Marketing Group is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to support members with Health Savings Accounts and healthcare benefits. Three weeks of paid in-office training in Erie, PA prepares you to work from home Monday through Friday, with all equipment provided.

We value patient listeners who enjoy helping people solve problems and are comfortable navigating multiple programs. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a background check.
• Attend 3 weeks of in-person training at our Erie, PA office.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members about HSAs and other healthcare benefits.
• Assist with related programs like FSAs, HRAs, COBRA.
• Support members via phone, chat, and email.
• Make follow-up calls to resolve questions.
• Guide members through online tools and self-service options.
• Document interactions accurately in our systems.
