Expivia Interaction Marketing Group Inc. is hiring full-time Call Center Representatives to support members with Health Savings Accounts and other healthcare benefit accounts. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice people count on when they have questions about their healthcare dollars.

After three weeks of paid, hands-on training at our Erie office, you'll work from the comfort of home, Monday through Friday, and we provide all the equipment you need. No benefits experience? No problem.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must attend 3 weeks of in-person training at our Erie, PA office.
• Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs at once.
• Clear, professional phone voice and strong listening skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and dependable.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home and reliable high-speed internet.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls from members with questions about their Health Savings Accounts, including balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and card questions.
• Help members with related benefit programs, which may include Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Commuter Benefits, and COBRA.
• Support members through phone, live chat, and email.
• Make follow-up calls and callbacks to resolve open questions.
• Guide members through online account tools and self-service options.
• Document every interaction accurately in our systems.
• Protect members’ personal and financial information with strict confidentiality.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call.
