Job summary

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group is hiring a Call Center Representative to support members with Health Savings Accounts and healthcare benefits. After three weeks of in-office training in Erie, PA, you will transition to a full-time work-from-home role, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will handle inquiries via phone, live chat and email, document interactions, and ensure data privacy while delivering a courteous and knowledgeable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Clear, professional phone voice and strong listening skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple programs at once.
• Patient, empathetic and dependable with a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members about Health Savings Accounts and related benefits.
• Assist with FSAs, HRAs, COBRA and other programs via phone, chat and email.
• Guide members through online tools and self-service options.
• Document interactions accurately in our systems.
• Protect personal and financial information with confidentiality.
• Deliver a friendly, professional experience on every call.
