Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients and caregivers via inbound calls and texts in a remote, full-time role. You will help with device logistics, travel, and monthly supply orders while ensuring timely documentation.

The position requires collaboration with Care Center leadership, a focus on patient-centric support, and the ability to travel for onboarding and periodic events. Strong HIPAA knowledge and healthcare experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA guidelines.
• Clear and professional communication with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Quiet, private workspace for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Be the dedicated contact for patients throughout treatment.
• Explain device logistics and assist with travel/technical needs.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership and team.
• Provide rotating on-call coverage outside normal hours.
• Participate in meetings, onboarding, training, and events.
