Novocure Inc is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients and caregivers remotely, primarily handling inbound calls and texts with a focus on device logistics, travel, and monthly supply orders. The role requires empathetic communication and accurate documentation in company systems.

The position is full-time, remote, with hours 1:00-9:30 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and onboarding/training visits to Portsmouth, NH or other locations as needed. Some travel 1-2 times yearly.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet and telecommunications infrastructure to support remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing responsive support.
• Explain device logistics and provide travel and technical support for treatment-related needs.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders for patients.
• Create a reassuring experience for patients and caregivers starting and remaining on treatment.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in CRM/ERP platforms per SOPs.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership to address patient needs.
