Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator for a remote, full-time position with hours from 1:00–9:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday. You will handle inbound calls and texts, assist patients and caregivers with device logistics, travel, and monthly orders while documenting accurately in company systems.

The role requires compassionate communication, strong organizational skills, and HIPAA compliance. Onboarding may occur in Portsmouth, NH with occasional travel for training and team events.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact throughout treatment.
• Explain device logistics and provide travel and technical support.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders for patients.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership on patient needs.
