Job summary

Novocure is seeking a Care Coordinator to be the primary contact for patients and caregivers, handling inbound calls and texts, and guiding them through treatment logistics, travel, and supplies. This remote, full-time role reports to the Manager, Care Center, with a Monday–Friday 1:00–9:30 PM ET schedule.

Occasional travel to Portsmouth, NH for onboarding and training is required, with 1–2 trips per year for events.

Qualifications

  • 2-year college degree preferred.
  • Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of PHI and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet and telecommunications infrastructure to support remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
  • Serve as dedicated contact for patients and caregivers, providing responsive support.
  • Explain device logistics and provide travel and technical support.
  • Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Work with Care Center leadership to address patient needs and priorities.
  • Provide rotating on-call coverage outside normal business hours.
  • Participate in team meetings, onboarding, training, and events.
