Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator for a remote, full-time role with hours Mon-Fri, 1:00–9:30 PM ET. You will be the primary contact for patients and caregivers, handling inbound calls and texts, assisting with device logistics, travel needs, and monthly supply orders.

You’ll document accurately in our CRM/ERP systems and collaborate with Care Center leadership. Some on-site onboarding at Portsmouth, NH and occasional travel are required during training and events.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines
• Clear, professional communication with patients, caregivers, and internal teams
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
• Quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for remote work

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and texts from patients and caregivers.
• Provide device logistics, travel and technical support for treatment needs.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders.
• Document accurately in CRM and ERP per SOP.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership and teammates.
• Occasionally rotate on-call coverage outside normal hours.
