Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Care Coordinator to support patients and caregivers primarily via inbound calls and text messages. This remote, full-time role focuses on device logistics, travel and equipment needs, and timely documentation across company systems.

The position is Monday–Friday, 1:00–9:30 PM ET, with onboarding in Portsmouth, NH or other locations. Occasional travel and on-call coverage are required.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
• Clear, professional communication with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Quiet, private workspace with reliable internet for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Serve as dedicated contact for patients during treatment journey.
• Explain device logistics and provide travel/technical support.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders to ensure patients have necessary materials.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and ERP platforms per SOPs.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership and teammates on patient needs and priorities.
• Provide rotating on-call coverage outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and team events.
