Job summary

Novocure Inc is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to support patients and caregivers. This remote, full-time role focuses on inbound care, device logistics, travel coordination, and monthly orders. Onboarding may occur in Portsmouth, NH, with occasional travel for training and events.

You will work with Care Center leadership to deliver accurate documentation, strong communication, and a patient-focused experience, ensuring timely care throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
• Clear and professional communication with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet and telecommunications infrastructure to support remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact throughout the treatment journey.
• Explain device logistics and provide travel and technical support.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and ERP platforms.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership to address patient needs.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and team events.
• Provide rotating on-call coverage outside normal business hours as needed.
