Job summary

Novocure Inc. seeks a compassionate Care Coordinator to support patients and caregivers via inbound calls and texts, primarily in the evenings. The role focuses on device logistics, travel and technical needs, and coordinating supplies to ensure uninterrupted treatment.

You will join a patient-focused team, work remotely, and occasionally travel for onboarding and training. Strong communication, organization, and HIPAA awareness are essential for success in this regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiar with PHI and HIPAA guidelines.
• Clear professional communication with patients and teams.
• Ability to move equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Serve as main contact for patients and caregivers throughout treatment.
• Explain device logistics and provide travel/tech support.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership and teammates.
• Occasional rotating on-call coverage outside normal business hours.
• Participate in team onboarding and training.
