Job summary

Novocure Inc is seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers, handling inbound calls and texts with focus on device logistics, travel, and monthly supplies. This remote, full-time role reports to the Manager, Care Center and requires occasional travel for onboarding and training.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation across systems, collaboration with Care Center leadership, and rotating on-call coverage after hours.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree preferred.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA Privacy and Security guidelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Access to a quiet, private workspace with reliable internet and telecommunications infrastructure to support remote work.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and text messages from patients and caregivers.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients and caregivers.
• Explain device logistics and provide travel and technical support.
• Coordinate monthly supply and equipment orders for treatment.
• Maintain accurate data entry in CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Care Center leadership to address patient needs.
• Participate in team meetings, onboarding, and training.
• Provide rotating on-call coverage outside normal business hours.
