Qualifications

• EMR experience or aptitude to learn EMR systems.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel for communication and scheduling.
• Able to train on-site at 1177 Boston Providence, Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming patient inquiries via phone, online, or messages to route to appropriate staff.
• Provide courteous, patient-focused service and problem solving.
• Resolve issues related to patient satisfaction and workflow efficiency; escalate as needed.
• Handle requests for forms, renewals, referrals, prior authorizations, and related questions.
