Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, and/or insurance experience.
• 1+ year of healthcare registration or receptionist experience.
• 6+ months of insurance registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Validate patient demographics, guarantor and subscriber demographics, insurance, PCP, email, and other information in the system.
• Verify insurance eligibility using One Source and other verification sites.
• Enter data in the New Patient Registration database for monthly reporting.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and follow scripts to assist patients.
