• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• EMR experience or aptitude to master EMR.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming patient inquiries via phone, online, or messages to triage to the right team.
• Provide courteous, friendly, patient-focused service and problem solving.
• Resolve issues affecting patient satisfaction and clinic flow.
• Coordinate forms, renewals, referrals, and authorizations for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and up-to-date contact information.
• Assist with data collection and meeting departmental goals.
