Qualifications

• 1+ years of healthcare registration or receptionist experience.
• 6+ months of insurance registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Register new and existing patients; verify demographics and insurance status.
• Assist with insurance verification and provider selection support.
• Enter data in New Patient Registration database and produce monthly reports.
• Handle high volume of customer calls using scripts and knowledge base.
• Reach out to patients for PCP updates, records, and readiness for care.
