Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Primary residence in Massachusetts or neighboring state (Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont or New York).

Responsibilities

Serve as organizational resource for handling difficult, complex, and/or sensitive patient issues.
Independently evaluate courses of action to resolve complex matters and present recommendations.
Coordinate investigation of complaints by patients and regulatory agencies.
Utilize initiative to address patient concerns with available resources.
Serve as resource for system-related inquiries and provide training on filing processes.
