The US Oncology Network is seeking a Contact Center Care Coordinator to support Texas Oncology from a remote Texas location. Occasional onsite training may be required.

The role focuses on coordinating healthcare services between patients, families, providers, and health institutions, while delivering outstanding service and documenting interactions. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related role.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing inquiries and guiding next steps.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to patients and providers.
• Resolve complaints and follow up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
• Document interactions and record inquiry details in the system.
