You will coordinate care, schedule appointments, and support patients, families, and providers with compassionate service. Ideal candidates have 1 year in customer service or healthcare, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, call center or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
