Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support specialty pharmacy programs. You will communicate with patients, prescribers, and payers to assist in fulfillment and patient care, gathering information for prescription processing and ensuring accurate data collection.

Responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating shipment criteria, and leveraging pharmacy systems to support therapy adherence, while upholding legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Experience in pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.
Support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from patients, prescribers, or health professionals.
Make outbound calls to patients to confirm shipment criteria and ask scripted questions.
Use systems to manage patient therapy and refill compliance.
Triage calls to a licensed health care associate when clinical intervention is needed.
Adhere to federal/state laws and highest ethical standards.
