Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Patient Care Assistant to support specialty pharmacy services. You will handle patient communications, gather prescription information, and help ensure timely fulfillment and patient care for specialty medications.

Roles include triaging calls, assisting with shipment criteria, and collaborating with prescribers, pharmacists, and payers while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.
• Support compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, or health professionals.
• Make outbound calls to patients to establish shipment criteria and gather scripted info.
• Use systems to manage patient therapy and refill compliance.
• Triage calls to a licensed health care associate when clinical intervention is needed.
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws and uphold ethical standards.
