Job summary

TruBridge, Inc in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role, supporting Early Out Service patients. The position runs 11am–8pm CST, Monday to Friday, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with billing and account questions.

You will resolve billing inquiries, assist with financial assistance programs, set up payment plans, and process payments while upholding professional customer service and protecting patient information.

• Meet production standards for inbound and outbound calls.

• Protect customer information by keeping data confidential.
• Process paperwork and documentation.
• Assist callers with medical billing questions, financial assistance programs, payment plans and payments while maintaining professionalism.
• Schedule call backs as needed.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or call center management.
