Job summary

CPSI's TruBridge Contact Center is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide remote support for Early Out Service patients. The role operates 8am–5pm PST, Monday to Friday, handling inbound and outbound calls with professional service.

You will resolve billing questions, set up payment plans, process payments, and maintain confidentiality. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable internet connection at home (high-speed).
• Ability to follow policies and protect confidential information.
• Experience with medical billing questions or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards for inbound and outbound calls.
