Job summary

TruBridge, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role that supports Early Out Service patients. The position handles inbound and outbound calls and processes payments while maintaining professional service.

As part of a collaborative team, you will protect patient information, assist with medical billing questions and payment plans, and participate in ongoing education to stay current on services. Availability is 11:30am–8pm CST, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls meeting production standards.
• Maintain quality assurance and follow company policies.
• Assist callers with medical billing questions and setting up payment plans.
• Process payments and provide financial assistance information.
• Schedule call backs and collaborate with team members.
• Protect customer information and confidentiality.
• Support multiple tasks as assigned by supervisor.
