Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions. This remote role requires clear communication and compassion while guiding callers through statements, insurance payments, and balances.

You will work 9:00am-6:00pm EST, Mon-Fri, with paid training and a $14/hour base plus a $1 night/weekend shift differential. Must have 1 year call center or customer service experience and strong attention to detail. EOE.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and process information efficiently, with a calm, professional approach.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.
• Provide accurate information about patient accounts, billing history, and charges.
• Process credit card payments over the phone.
• Document call details, account inquiries, and actions taken.
• Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.
• Deliver friendly, professional service while handling sensitive billing questions.
