Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative. This remote role helps patients navigate billing questions with professionalism, patience, and care.

You will answer inbound calls, explain statements and insurance payments, process credit card payments, document interactions, and escalate complex disputes. Training is provided; hours are 9:00am–6:00pm (EST), Mon–Fri, full-time.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Ability to multitask and process information efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.
• Provide accurate information about patient accounts, billing history, and charges.

• Escalate complex billing disputes to the appropriate department.
