The position is remote for residents in specified states. Work hours are 9:00am–6:00pm (EST), Monday through Friday, with paid training and a 40-hour workweek. A $1 per hour shift differential applies for nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.

• Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.
• Deliver friendly, professional service while handling sensitive billing questions.
