Five Star Solutions is seeking a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions, explain statements, and collect payments over the phone.

This remote position serves several states. Candidates need at least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly.

Training is provided; shift is 9:00am-6:00pm EST, Mon-Fri, with a $1 night/weekend differential.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls regarding patient statements, insurance payments, and account balances.
• Provide accurate information about patient accounts, billing history, and charges.
• Process credit card payments over the phone.
• Document call details, account inquiries, and actions taken.
• Escalate complex billing disputes and concerns to the appropriate department.
• Deliver friendly, professional service while handling sensitive billing questions.
